Settings¶
Workspace settings are accessible to Admins at Settings in the navigation bar.
General¶
- Workspace name — rename the workspace.
- Workspace ID — used in API calls and MCP configuration.
- Delete workspace — permanently remove the workspace and all its data. This requires typing the workspace name to confirm.
Members¶
Manage workspace membership: view all members, change roles, invite new users, and cancel pending invites. See Inviting users.
Integrations¶
The Integrations section is the central hub for connecting Stackify to external tools:

Templates¶
Workspace admins can manage custom templates for the workspace:
- Create template — define a field structure for re-use across the workspace.
- Import template — upload a JSON template definition.
- Enable / disable system templates — control which built-in templates are visible to workspace members when creating a card.

Categories¶
Define and rename categories used to organise cards in the catalog. Categories appear as sections on the home screen when set on a card.
Billing¶
View your current plan, usage, and billing details. Upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
