Grid & card layouts

The catalog home screen displays all cards you own or have access to. You can switch between two display layouts.

Grid layout

The default layout. Cards are displayed as compact rows in a table, showing:

  • Card name
  • Owner
  • Record count
  • Last modified date
  • Collaborator count
  • Tags

Use this layout when you have many cards and want to scan quickly.

Card layout

Cards are displayed as tiles — larger, more visual. Each tile shows:

  • Card name and description
  • Owner avatar
  • Collaborator count
  • Tags

Use this layout to get a richer overview of each card.

Switch layouts

Click the grid or card icon in the top-right of the home screen to toggle between layouts.

Your layout preference is saved per workspace.

Pin and organise cards

  • Pin a card to keep it at the top of your catalog: hover over a card and click the pin icon.
  • Resize card tiles in card layout by dragging the corner (saves automatically).
