Search¶

The search bar lets you find cards and records across your entire workspace catalog.

Search for a card¶

1. Click the search bar at the top of any page (or press /).
2. Start typing. Results appear as you type.
3. Results include card names, descriptions, and field names.
4. Click a result to open the card.

Search within a card¶

To search within the records of a specific card:

1. Open the card.
2. Use the search/filter bar within the grid view.
3. Type a value — matching records are highlighted.

Full-text search¶

The global search covers:

• Card names
• Card descriptions
• Field names and field descriptions
• Record content (all text, number, and select fields)

Search tips¶

• Search is case-insensitive.
• Partial matches are supported — searching "proj" finds "Project tracker".
• Use filters to narrow results by owner, tag, or date after searching.
