Sorting & filtering the catalog¶
Use sorting and filtering to find the right card in a large workspace.
Filter the catalog¶
Click the Filter button on the home screen to open the filter panel:
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| Owner | Show only cards owned by a specific person |
| Shared with me | Show only cards others have shared with you |
| My cards | Show only cards you own |
| Tags | Show cards with a specific tag |
| Category | Filter by category |
| Date modified | Cards modified within a date range |
Multiple filters can be active at once (AND logic).
Click Clear filters to reset.
Sort the catalog¶
Click the Sort dropdown on the home screen:
| Sort option | Description |
|---|---|
| Last modified | Most recently edited first (default) |
| Name A → Z | Alphabetical |
| Name Z → A | Reverse alphabetical |
| Oldest first | Least recently edited first |
| Record count | Most records first |
Tags¶
Tags are free-form labels you can add to any card.
- To add a tag: open the card → Settings → Tags → type a tag and press Enter.
- Tags appear on the card tile in the catalog.
- Filter the catalog by tag to find related datasets quickly.
Categories¶
Categories are user-defined groupings that appear as sections on the home screen.
- To assign a category: open the card → Settings → Category.
- To manage categories: go to workspace Settings → Categories.
