Zapier

Connect Stackify to 7,000+ apps via Zapier — no code required.

What you can automate

Using the Stackify Zapier integration you can:

  • Trigger a Zap when a new record is created in a card
  • Trigger a Zap when a record is updated
  • Create a record in a card from any Zapier trigger
  • Update a record in a card from any Zapier action

Connect Stackify to Zapier

  1. In Zapier, create a new Zap and search for Stackify.
  2. Choose a trigger or action.
  3. Click Connect a new account.
  4. Enter your Stackify API key (see API keys to create one).
  5. Select your workspace.
  6. Click Continue.

Example: New Typeform response → Stackify record

Use case: Collect survey responses and store them in a Stackify card for analysis.

  1. Trigger: Typeform → New submission
  2. Action: Stackify → Create record
  3. Select your workspace and the target card
  4. Map Typeform fields to Stackify fields using the dynamic field picker

Example: New Stackify record → Send Slack message

Use case: Alert your team in Slack whenever a new item is added to a card.

  1. Trigger: Stackify → New record in card
  2. Select your workspace and card
  3. Action: Slack → Send message
  4. Compose your message using data from the new record

Field mapping

When configuring a Stackify action in Zapier, the field mapping dropdown is populated automatically from your card's current field structure. You don't need to hard-code column names — if you rename a field in Stackify, update the mapping in Zapier to match.

Troubleshooting

  • Authentication fails: Make sure your API key has read & write scope.
  • Fields not showing up: Click "Refresh fields" in the Zapier field mapping step to pull the latest schema from your card.
  • Trigger not firing: Check that your Zap is turned on and that the card ID is correct.
