Notifications¶

Stackify notifies you when things change on cards you care about, both in-app and by email.

In-app notifications¶

The bell icon in the navigation bar shows your unread notification count.

• Click the bell to open the notification panel.
• Each notification shows what changed, on which card, and when.
• Click a notification to go directly to that card.
• Click Mark all as read to clear the count.

Email notifications¶

When there is activity on a card you are subscribed to, Stackify sends you an email summary.

To prevent inbox overload, email notifications are rate-limited to at most one email per card per hour, regardless of how many changes happen.

Notification subscription¶

You are automatically subscribed to a card when you are added as a collaborator.

Change your notification level for a card¶

1. Open the card.
2. Click the bell icon in the top-right of the card toolbar.
3. Choose your notification level:
4. All activity — get notified of every change on this card
5. None — stop all notifications for this card

You can change this setting per card independently.

Unsubscribe from all notifications¶

To stop all email notifications from Stackify, click Unsubscribe in the footer of any notification email.
